Gaskets are typically used to seal spaces between two objects (joints) to prevent leakage by providing sealing properties when the objects are compressed. They are placed in space where surfaces of objects meet as these objects cannot form a tight seal on their own. Gaskets can be both air-tight and water-tight. They protect the object from being exposed to dust, moisture, or dirt by keeping them out while provide seal for inside fluids, solids, or air.

The structure of this material is rolls, strips, mats or even plates. It is standard available in CR, EPDM, NR (pararubber), SBR and NBR. But also superior qualities such as VMQ (silicone) or FKM (viton) are a possibility. Different layers of textile reinforcement with Nylon or Polyester can be applied depending on the thickness of the rubber sheet.

Grommets are mostly placed in metal panels to protect wires or cables against damage due to sharp edges on the metal. Simply push the flexible grommet into place and suddenly an uneven hole is turned into a smooth insulated hole. On top, the grommet damps vibrations. We also produce blanking grommets. They do not have a hole in the middle. These are used to fill holes to prevent dust or liquids from getting in. We have a wide range of standard grommets, but we specialize in custom-made products. EPDM rubber gaskets have great weather resistance due to its inert chemical properties. EPDM is a synthetic rubber with good all round performance other than with oils. EPDMs great weathering resistance mean it is widely used for rubber gaskets and weather strips outdoors.

Most of our rubber bellows are cylindrical , but are also available in cone or rectangular shapes. The typical outline of the bellow ensures that they are easily compressible and stretchable. These are used to cover and protect various machine parts such as pistons, shafts, screws, spindles or pistons from dust, dirt, UV rays, humidity, chemicals or oill sprays and other contaminants. All bellows are moulded and available in different sizes as well as hardness or colors in order to meet any specifications requested by the customer.

Nitrile gaskets are particularly suited for use with fats, oils, fuels, and other liquids contaminated by these; they can also be used at a range of temperatures (-40c to +120c depending on grade).
